Terry Wickman, President, Keytroller, LLC:
"Devices for Controlling Access, Eliminating Keys, and Monitoring Equipment"
Electronic devices provide safer and more productive alternatives to conventional keyed ignition systems. Smart software driven keyless monitoring devices are enabled by code, RFID passive cards or long distance RFID active cards which prevent unauthorized and untrained operators from accessing equipment. Many models available for different budgets and different application needs.
Additional features like impact abuse sensors, speed sensing and control, seat belt/seat switch sensing, maintenance scheduling, code/card expiration, engine sensing, real time and historical tracking, overload and loaded/unloaded sensing all monitor the vehicle for safer, more productive usage and operator accountability. Wireless and data key communication methods that are used to program and download event logs are discussed.
