Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing. Upon receipt, a refund will be issued less a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the event. Long Pond Publishing LLC will not be held responsible for cancellations or delays in programming due to acts of god, war, government disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to hold the meeting.
